From real-science
Group for Dielectric Spectroscopy and Magnetotransport Properties
We are a group of enthusiastic scientists at the Institut za fiziku in Zagreb, Croatia. Our ongoing project at the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport is MZOS RH 035-0000000-2836.
Real science is at home here.
Our
research consists of investigating new types of very interesting materials. This results in numerous
publications in renowned international scientific journals. Our intense collaboration with research groups all over the world is one of the highlights of our work.

Recent news
- 27 July, 2010 - Andrej Vidak, student of T. Vuletić, has successfully defended his diploma thesis. Congratulations! You can view and download his thesis here.
- 13 July, 2010 - Silvia, Bojana and Ivek are back from ICSM 2010 which was held in Kyoto, Japan. We again wish to thank the organizers for a very stimulating, active and impeccably organized conference. Here are some photos from the conference and of our walks in the beautiful city of Kyoto. More pictures to come soon.
- 27 June, 2010 - Good news again! Physical Review E has accepted our paper on structure of semidilute aqueous solutions of hyaluronic acid, investigated using dielectric spectroscopy. Full reference will be added as soon as the paper gets officially published. Until then, have a look at the arXiv version. EDIT: Full reference is now available: T. Vuletić, S. Dolanski Babić, T. Ivek, D. Grgičin, S. Tomić and R. Podgornik, Structure and dynamics of hyaluronic acid semidilute solutions: a dielectric spectroscopy study, Phys. Rev. E 82, 011922 (2010) (download).
